Initial Assessment

Let's talk about you, your goals, and identify your strengths. From this initial discussion, we will devise a plan that best fits your life and get you to your goals in the most effective way. From physical training to forming healthy habits, we will work through it all.

Initial assessments are $50

Wellness & Lifestyle Programming

This program costs $500 a month. These plans start with an initial assessment and finish with scheduled check-in sessions. These programs start at 6-month agreements. These programs can include a weekly workout routine, 1 in person training session, lifestyle homework, mid month check in video call, and an end of month nutrition review, each month. You will also get access to me via MarcoPolo for short questions pertaining to your program.

Personal Training

We will work through a program designed specifically for your goals. 

$65 - Single 60 min session                 $42 - Singe 30 min session

$280 - Once a week
$560 - Twice a week
$840 - Three session a week
$1120 - Four sessions a week
$1400 - Five session a week

Payment per month - 30 min

$180 - Once a week

$360 - Twice a week

$540 - Three session a week

Partner Training

Want to train with a friend or two? This is a program designed for you and your friends' goals.

Group Training

Groups of 4-6 individuals: bootcamp style training. Programming will be based on the main goals of the collective group.
 

Monthly payment per person

$55 - Once a week
$110 - Twice a week
$165 - Three sessions a week

Nutrition Coaching

This starts with an initial phone call, email intake, and follow-up meeting to go over the nutrition report.

This service costs $200. Follow-up sessions can be set up for an additional $65 per session. Follow-ups explore how your routines are going, changes in your life, and adjustments needed.

Workout Plans

These are individualized plans based on your needs. We start with an assessment that allows me to personalize your program. The results will depend on how hard you work. 

$50 - Initial Assessment
$65 - One workout
$130 - Two workouts
$195 - Three workouts
$50 per workout for plans exceeding three routines
