Corporate Workouts
This is a program for hotels, apartment complexes, or other businesses that have an onsite fitness studio or gym. This program is for 52 workouts based off available equipment. After initial assessment of available equipment, a personalized program will be ready for use within two weeks of the consultation.

$100/1hr Bootcamp
Corporate/Event Bootcamps
Corporate Bootcamps: Three-month contract for 1, 2, or 3 weekly bootcamps. 30-minute sessions are an option, as well, for $50 per session. These bootcamps will be based off of the equipment your company has available onsite.
Event Bootcamps: The price is based on each hour requested for your event. These bootcamps will be based off of the equipment your company has available onsite.
$50 additional charge per session if supplying my own equipment.
